 Job Description   Naehas Product Experts 
As a Naehas Platform Expert, you will lead our organization s Offer Engine Modernization projects, driving technical excellence and collaboration.
You will oversee Naehas implementations, ensuring innovative, high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and product teams to define problems, develop solutions, and enhance customer experience. 

• Participate in architecture and design discussions; communicate solutions clearly to teams. 

• Develop software using lean-agile methodologies to deliver and iterate quickly. 

• Independently manage solution delivery, meeting deadlines and compliance standards. 

• Present solutions and design choices to stakeholders and management. 

• Create technical documentation, user guides, and runbooks for application management and onboarding. 

• Research new technologies, balance ongoing tasks, production support, and mentor team members. 

• Provide guidance and foster continuous learning within the team. 

• Assess current systems and integration points; define scalable and secure integration patterns. 

• Demonstrate and configure Naehas capabilities to address business needs; identify and recommend enhancements. 

• Capture business requirements and translate them into actionable development specifications. 

• Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication across teams. 

• Lead and support both offshore and onshore engineering teams, tracking milestones and delivery. 

• Maintain compliance with best practices, standards, and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities 
Required Skills & Experience 

• 8 15 years of IT experience, including: 

• 5 10 years with distributed technology 

• 2 3 years with Naehas Platform 

• 5 10 years in IT architecture, engineering, information security, or related domains 

• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying integration products. 

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, and audience targeting. 

• Proficient in data management and transformation using cloud tools and infrastructure. 

• Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations. 

• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 

• Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies. 

• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects end-to-end. 

• Highly organized; able to handle multiple projects and clients. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing scenarios. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio. 

• Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
