About Our Client

Job Description

  • This role will work with their data center clients
  • Lead efforts to establish and grow our presence in tyour designated market, identifying potential clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic market entry plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Serve as a technical resource, consulting clients on the impacts of water storage on transients and energy consumption, and offering customized solutions withing the data center space
  • Work closely with municipalities and other stakeholders to tailor proposals and product offerings that meet specific needs.
  • Deliver compelling construction sales presentations showcasing the technical advantages, value propositions, and ROI of our solutions.
  • Manage the entire construction sales process, from initial engagement through to project completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Stay informed on data center industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, particularly within industrial equipment or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong ability to create technical white papers and documentation.
  • Experience for a general contractor working with Data Centers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic market environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
