About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Application Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems powered by Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based backend development, experience with modern cloud platforms, and hands-on exposure to GenAI models and APIs.

You will work on cutting-edge AI-driven applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. API Integration

• Integrate Generative AI APIs into applications and business use cases.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations.

2. Backend Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build robust and scalable RESTful APIs.

3. Microservices Architecture

• Develop and manage microservices-based systems.
• Use Docker for containerization and orchestration.

4. Cloud & AWS Services

• Deploy and manage applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability.

5. Database Management

• Design and manage databases including SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Work with vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, etc.

6. Performance Optimization

• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and response time.

7. Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Communicate effectively on progress, risks, and solutions.

8. Documentation

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for APIs, architecture, and code.

9. Security & Compliance

• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong experience in Python and FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS)
• Familiarity with Generative AI APIs and integrations
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Experience with Vector Databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, etc.)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure AI platforms
• Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering
• Experience deploying APIs/microservices in Kubernetes/Docker environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
