Role : AWS Cloud Analyst Location: Erie, PA - Onsite Job type: Contract role 
 Responsibilities

Support AWS cloud operations and platform maintenance activities.

Triage and route requests from application teams.

Gather requirements and ask clarifying questions during intake.

Create reports and dashboards to provide operational visibility.

Support governance, compliance, and operational controls.

Help prioritize incoming work and manage team backlogs.

Work with Agile/Kanban teams to support cloud services.

Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.

Required Experience

Experience supporting AWS environments.
```

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with intake, triage, or operational support processes.

Reporting and dashboard creation experience.

Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
