Requirements

15 or more years of systems analysis experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Proficiency in relational database design utilizing SQL Server and Oracle environments.

Experience with data integration, data migration, and configuring advanced ETL pipelines.

Experience with Florida Medicaid (FMMIS) data exchanges, specifically concerning eligibility, provider data, and service authorizations.

Experience in engineering custom reports leveraging SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Harmony Advanced Reporting (HAR).

Experience with Change Management and Release Management protocols within complex SaaS/COTS deployments.

Excellent communication skills to align vendors, technical agencies, and cross-functional operational units.
Responsibilities
-
Gather, collate, and disseminate complex technical interface specifications and enterprise process flow documentation.

Identify functional gaps in data integration specifications and define critical additional requirements for SaaS/COTS solutions.

Architect and implement robust data migration and ETL strategies in collaboration with vendor IT teams.

Execute rigorous system testing and pre-production validation for enterprise data exchanges and interfaces.

Coordinate cross-functional change management and release deployment protocols across progressive rollouts.

Formulate comprehensive ad-hoc queries and analytical reports utilizing SQL, SSRS, and HAR.

Serve as a primary technical liaison between agency SMEs and vendors to resolve critical operational issues post-deployment.
