Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Control Panel Design
Design auxiliary battery system control panels using E-Plan.
Create wiring diagrams and panel layouts.
Ensure all components are correctly connected and controlled.
Electrical Integration
Design power and control wiring between boards, panels, and systems.
Select appropriate control components and interconnects.
Ensure panels meet electrical and safety requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with PCB Layout Designer and EE team.
Support integration between board-level electronics and panel-level systems.
Must-Haves:
5+ years of control panel design experience.
Strong proficiency with E-Plan preferred; if not, then either AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks.
Strong understanding of electrical wiring, control systems, and power distribution.
Experience with high speeds (10Gb) and high voltage.
Experience designing panels for industrial, energy, or battery systems.
Nice-to-Haves:
Battery energy storage or power systems experience.
Functional safety exposure.
Understanding of hardware/software integration boundaries.
Security-aware hardware or controls experience.
