Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Lead cum Trainer to support a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud technologies along with the ability to mentor, train, and guide teams on cloud adoption, best practices, and architecture. This role requires a mix of technical leadership, cloud implementation, and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage AWS cloud initiatives and projects end-to-end
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing AWS solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and DevOps teams
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer on AWS services
Develop training materials, documentation, and best practice guides
Support cloud migration (on-premises to AWS) and modernization efforts
Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues

Mandatory Skills:

10–15 years of IT experience with strong focus on AWS
Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.)
Experience in cloud architecture and design
Strong experience in AWS migration projects
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
Proven experience in training / mentoring / coaching teams
Strong understanding of banking or financial domain
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good to Have:

AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer / Trainer certifications)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in banking
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
