We are seeking a senior-level Camunda Developer/Architect to support workflow orchestration initiatives within a fast-paced environment focused on AI-driven proof of concepts. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can review, validate, and guide workflow implementations to ensure scalable and production-ready solutions.

This is not a pure development role. The focus is on architecture, evaluation, and technical leadership, helping teams build workflows the right way while aligning with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate Camunda workflows, BPMN models, and orchestration logic for quality and scalability
• Provide architectural guidance on workflow design, process modeling, and integration patterns
• Assess AI-assisted or rapidly developed solutions and recommend improvements
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and design gaps in existing implementations
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to align workflow logic with application behavior
• Determine feasibility of proof-of-concept solutions for production readiness
• Define and promote best practices for scalability, maintainability, and governance
• Mentor and guide team members with limited Camunda experience

Required Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on workflow orchestration
• Hands-on experience with Camunda (BPMN, DMN, process orchestration)
• Proven experience reviewing implementations and influencing architectural decisions
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and integration patterns
• Ability to evaluate technical approaches and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with loosely defined requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI-assisted or AI-generated development workflows
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React
• Experience supporting proof-of-concept or early-stage product development
