Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise web applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and establish software engineering standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Support application modernization, cloud adoption, DevOps implementation, system integration, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
7+ years of experience in full-stack application development, software architecture, and technical leadership using modern web technologies and cloud platforms.

|
Technical Skills
|
Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Angular, React, REST APIs, Microservices, DevOps
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Technical Leadership, Solution Design, Agile Development, Stakeholder Collaboration, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Problem Solving

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing enterprise applications using cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, secure application development, and application modernization practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.
