Job Summary – Techno-Functional Lead – CI/CD, Deployments & AI Project Delivery (DTCC)
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, ensuring milestones and outcomes are met.
- Develop technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineers, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex business and technical objectives into clear, actionable project plans.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, organizational processes, and delivery momentum.
- Proactively identify project risks, obstacles, and dependencies; develop and implement solutions to address them.
- Maintain disciplined project execution, accountability, and transparent progress reporting.
- Apply project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) to ensure successful technical and cybersecurity project outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and collaboration across teams.
- Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
- Take high ownership, initiative, and accountability for project results, with sound judgment and follow-through.
- Previous success in delivering complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM initiatives required.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies and architectures.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
