Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with AI exposure to support finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Finance modules, configuration, implementation, and revenue accounting processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance solutions while leveraging AI-driven capabilities to improve financial operations and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO modules.
• Manage and support SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) processes.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Identify and drive process improvements using SAP best practices and AI-enabled finance capabilities.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance on SAP Finance processes and solutions.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CO (Controlling).
• Expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Finance solutions.
• Experience in 2 3 full-cycle SAP FI/FICO implementations.
• 1 2 years of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Experience with finance transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI-driven business process automation, analytics, or intelligent finance solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Knowledge of SAP AI / Business AI solutions.
• Experience with financial reporting and analytics solutions.
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise SAP implementations.
• Understanding of intelligent automation within finance processes.
