Supplier Engineers (SE) support the needs of Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSCQ) by analyzing factors affecting production cost, quality, schedule and safety, SEs are accountable for improvement and optimization within Raytheon's supply base.
What You Will Do:- Assist in supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity and risk
- Support technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis
- Manage supplier requests for product and process changes
- Manage product non-conformances; Drive root cause and corrective action
- Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities
- Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders
- Obtain and maintain additional program access as required
Qualifications You Must Have:- Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing a BA, BS, or masters degree in the area of Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering by Summer 2026
Qualifications We Prefer:- 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and effectively multi-task using strong analytical skills - comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data

- Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
- This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).
As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
