Senior AI Engineer – Generative AI & LLMs
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) | Full-Time- Local
Experince- 15+ Years
We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, Python, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions from concept to production.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Python development experience
- 3+ years in AI/ML and Data Science
- 2+ years working with LLMs and Generative AI
- Strong Prompt Engineering and RAG experience
- Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- AWS Cloud (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, OpenSearch, DynamoDB)
- Vector Databases, Embeddings, Semantic Search
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD, Monitoring & Deployment
Preferred:
- Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
- Financial Services or Enterprise Environment Experience
- Experience building AI Copilots, Autonomous Agents, and Conversational AI Solutions
Responsibilities:
Design and deploy enterprise AI applications using GenAI and LLM technologies.
Build RAG-based solutions, AI Assistants, and Agentic AI workflows.
Develop scalable AI infrastructure on AWS.
Implement model monitoring, evaluation, observability, and governance.
Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
