Technical Program ManagerLocation: Redmond, WA or Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite - 5 days/week)
Duration: 12-month contract
Overview- We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of advanced display silicon (uLED) programs, from early development through high-volume manufacturing. This role partners closely with internal engineering teams and external vendors to manage complex dependencies, align stakeholders, and deliver critical silicon programs on schedule.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and has a proven ability to translate high-level milestones into structured execution plans with measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Program Execution: Lead silicon programs across all development phases (prototype validation mass production), ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively managed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across silicon, hardware, test, packaging, and sourcing teams; resolve dependencies and enable timely decision-making.
- Vendor Management: Partner with external foundries, OSATs, and silicon vendors to manage schedules, deliverables, and escalations across organizations and time zones.
- Program Planning & Tracking: Build and maintain detailed program schedules, track execution, and provide regular milestone reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Risk Management: Maintain a comprehensive risk register and drive mitigation plans with clear ownership and timelines.
- Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates and decision briefs to engineering and sourcing leadership, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications- 1-3 years of Technical Program Management or equivalent project management experience in hardware or silicon development
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams and translate high-level plans into actionable schedules
- Experience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, or semiconductor foundries
- Exposure to full hardware development lifecycle (prototype, validation, mass production)
- Experience supporting semiconductor programs across foundry, OSAT, or vendor interfaces
- Familiarity with display silicon, uLED, or related electro-optical technologies
- Experience managing multi-vendor programs and working across international teams/time zones
- Working knowledge of program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
- Ability to communicate program status, risks, and decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
