Senior Analyst — Data Migration / ETL (Financial Systems)

Daily Responsibilities:

•        Capture technical requirements – Conduct in-depth analysis of data mapping and data

translation rules; document detailed functional and technical specifications

•        Data mapping documentation – Develop comprehensive data mapping matrices and

translation rule definitions; ensure accuracy and completeness for all loan balance

migration scenarios

•        Stakeholder collaboration – Partner with business stakeholders, data architects, and

development teams to understand requirements and validate technical solutions

•        Requirements validation – Review proposed data mappings against business rules; identify

gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases; recommend solutions

•        Documentation and communication – Create clear, detailed requirements documentation;

effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical

audiences

•        Quality assurance – Verify that captured requirements are complete, unambiguous, and

properly translated into technical specifications

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

•        8+ years of business analysis or technical analyst experience, with proven success on data

migration, ETL implementation, or financial systems projects

•        Expert-level communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to translate business

needs into technical requirements

•        Demonstrated experience capturing and documenting detailed data mapping

•        Jira experience is required

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

•        Experience with data conversion, ETL processes, or banking/financial systems migration

•        SQL or technical database knowledge

•        Familiarity with data mapping tools and platforms

•        Background in financial services or loan processing systems

•        Experience with transformation rules

•        Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and requirements documentation methodologies

•        Ability to analyze complex data structures and translate them into clear specifications
