Job Description

• Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Consultant to lead the technical and functional implementation of our analytics platform.
• In this role, you will serve as the primary expert responsible for transitioning our organization from standard operational reporting to the advanced, AI-powered insights offered by FDI (formerly Fusion Analytics Warehouse FAW).
• You will ensure that the platform is configured to mirror our business processes across Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Shape Key Responsibilities End-to-End Implementation Manage the configuration| activation| and validation of FDI functional areas| ensuring a seamless flow of data from Fusion Cloud to the Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). Strategic Consulting Advise stakeholders on best practices for leveraging pre-built KPIs and when to develop custom metrics to meet specific business objectives.
• Semantic Modeling Utilize the Semantic Model Extension (SME) toolkit to customize the data model| including adding custom attributes| hierarchies| and external data sources.
• Security Access Control Design and implement a robust security framework using Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and application roles to ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Validation Testing Lead Data Validation efforts to ensure that FDI figures reconcile perfectly with Oracle Cloud source data (OTBIBIP).
• Optimization Monitor and optimize data refresh schedules and pipeline performance to ensure executive dashboards are always current.
• Technical Requirements Qualifications Skill Category Expertise Required Platform Knowledge Comprehensive experience with FDIFAW architecture and data pipeline management.
• Oracle Analytics Mastery of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for building advanced visualizations and workbooks.
• Database Skills Proficiency in SQL and experience navigating Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
• Functional Insight Strong understanding of the underlying data models in Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM).
• Data Integration Experience using Data Augmentation techniques to bring in non-Oracle data.
• Shape Professional Experience Proven Track Record At least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle FDI or FAW as a lead consultant.
• Relevant Background 5 years of experience in the Oracle Cloud HCM ecosystem| focusing on business intelligence and data warehousing.
• Client-Facing Experience Demonstrated ability to lead workshops| gather complex requirements| and present technical roadmaps to HR business Stakeholders.
• Shape Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Consultant Successful activation of all required Functional Areas within the project timeline.
• 100 data accuracy between Fusion source systems and FDI dashboards.
• Successful training and handover to the internal business analytics team.
