We are seeking a Google Gemini Enterprise for CX Architect to lead the design and delivery of agentic customer experience solutions on Google Cloud. This client-facing role guides large-scale, global implementations of intelligent systems that reason, use tools, and execute business processes.

Location: 100% REMOTE
We are seeking a Google Gemini Enterprise for CX Architect to lead the design and delivery of agentic customer experience solutions on Google Cloud. This client-facing role guides large-scale, global implementations of intelligent systems that reason, use tools, and execute business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture for GECX, Gemini Enterprise, and Agent Development Kit (ADK) projects, translating requirements into implementation designs.
- Design and implement GECX CCaaS solutions within client architectures and technical constraints.
- Build CX Agent Studio agents combining generative AI and deterministic functionality for personalized self-service.
- Architect Agent Assist for knowledge assistance, summarization, smart replies, and live translation.
- Deploy CX Insights to identify conversation drivers and sentiment for operations and quality teams.
- Integrate agents with backend systems through REST/SOAP APIs for real-time data retrieval and actions.
- Develop LLM-driven conversation specifications and lead unit, system, and functional testing, prompt engineering, and hallucination mitigation.
- Partner with clients and technology providers across delivery; evaluate emerging technologies to inform transformation strategy.
- 8+ years of architecture experience, including hands-on GECX, Customer Engagement Suite, or Dialogflow CX delivery.
- Proven experience with Gemini AI, Cloud Run/GKE, Cloud Functions, API Gateway, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and IAM.
- CI/CD ownership for agent deployments and familiarity with ADK and Agent Platform.
- Contact center expertise across telephony, IVR, omnichannel routing, and CRM integrations such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
- Strong client-facing communication and experience guiding executives through full-lifecycle implementations.
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and/or Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification; completion of the GECX learning path.
- Commerce Agent experience with complex reasoning, multimodal interactions, and consented actions.
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or telecom environments.
