Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ReactJS Developer to build and integrate AI-powered user experiences into an existing enterprise healthcare portal. The developer will work closely with AI, backend, and QA teams to implement conversational, alerting, analytics, and insight/drill-down experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop responsive, reusable portal components using ReactJS and TypeScript.

·       Build AI-enabled user experiences such as conversational Ask interfaces, KPI/Alert widgets, and Insight/Drill-down views.

·       Integrate frontend components with backend AI services and REST APIs.

·       Render AI-generated answers, tables, charts, alerts, explanations, and supporting context.

·       Implement state management, asynchronous workflows, and conversational context across user interactions.

·       Integrate with existing authentication, authorization, SSO, and persona/role-based access controls.

·       Embed and integrate third-party applications, reports, dashboards, and portal widgets.

·       Collaborate with AI Engineers, API/backend teams, QA, and client portal teams.

·       Ensure responsive design, browser compatibility, accessibility, performance, and enterprise coding standards.

Must-Have Skills

·       Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern component-based frontend architecture.

·       Strong JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend styling.

·       Experience with Bootstrap, Material UI, Telerik, Syncfusion, or similar third-party UI component libraries.

·       Experience building reusable enterprise UI components and widget-based interfaces.

·       Strong REST API integration and asynchronous frontend development experience.

·       Experience with state management and complex data-driven user interfaces.

·       Experience integrating authentication/authorization and SSO into enterprise applications.

·       Experience with charts, tables, dashboards, and data visualization components.

·       Strong debugging, browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

·       Experience integrating Generative AI / conversational AI capabilities into web applications.

·       Experience building chatbot, Ask, Alert, and Insight/Drill interfaces.

·       Experience embedding or integrating Power BI, Power Apps, or other Microsoft Power Platform components.

·       Experience with Power BI Embedded and iframe / URL-based widget frameworks.

·       Experience with data visualization libraries and analytics-focused user experiences.

·       AWS-hosted web application experience.

·       SSO / Okta integration experience.

·       Healthcare, Medicaid, or enterprise analytics portal experience.
