Role: Workday Test Lead PM
Location: Remote BUT must be willing to travel in as much as needed (could be multiple times/month) all traveling will be covered by the client.
Duration: 6 months with potential of extension
Note:
This role is a little different this time around. He wants this person to be Very strong PM kind of skillset that has led testing efforts someone who has done and led WD testing efforts
Someone that has project managed something like a WD testing initiative before
Need to be able to speak to, demonstrate testing to end users (non-technical people)
Needs to be able to rally everyone around these efforts because they are a lot of work.
Job Description:
Test Lead
Description: Leads the holistic program testing cycles including delivering test strategy and plan, coordinating the development and update of test scenarios, coordinating testing events, coordinating and reporting on testing results, ensuring that the test event entry/exit criteria are defined, accepted and achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a holistic and fully integrated test strategy and plan that includes configuration, integrations and data
- Establishes a test resource plan tied to test plan to ensure we have full coverage
- Establish and monitor detailed test cycle entry and exit criteria
- Provide test results as defined by the program operating model
- Lead defect triage, prioritization and resolution
- Reinforces a culture that shows people they matter at every turn
Desired experience:
- Managed Unit, End to End, Payroll Parallel and User Acceptance testing on least 5 full-suite Workday HCM implementations
- Experience with testing Workday integrations, reports. Knowledge of WD business processes
