Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced DELMIA Apriso Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multiple DELMIA Apriso implementations, solution architecture, manufacturing process integration, database optimization, and shop-floor system connectivity.
This role requires strong functional and technical expertise in Apriso, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures, and experience supporting implementation teams through testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering workshops, solution design sessions, and Fit-Gap Analysis for DELMIA Apriso implementations.

Translate business requirements into formal requirement specifications, solution architectures, and detailed design documents.

Design and implement business logic, user screens, integration mappings, and custom components based on approved designs.

Develop solution architectures that align project-specific requirements with broader enterprise architecture standards.

Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to development and implementation teams.

Customize Apriso solutions using out-of-the-box user controls, business components, and screen-building methodologies.

Support testing, validation, deployment, and shop-floor rollout activities in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and optimize Apriso business logic, database queries, stored procedures, and system performance.

Support ERP integration mapping using XSLT and shop-floor integration through OPC DA/UA or RS232 with Apriso Machine Integration.

Implement and support standard Apriso archiving solutions.

Monitor production environments, investigate configuration and performance issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Contribute to RFI, RFQ, and RFP activities, effort estimation, and project planning.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of relevant professional experience.

Multiple DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM implementations in a Solution Architect role, covering Apriso versions from 2016 through 2026.

Strong experience conducting requirements workshops, solution design, and Fit-Gap Analysis.

Proficiency in JavaScript, C# scripting, SQL Server, and/or Oracle databases.

Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and object-oriented programming concepts.

Hands-on experience writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions using SQL Server 2012 or later.

Experience with SQL Profiler and Database Tuning Advisor (DTA).

Hands-on experience with Apriso Process Builder, Machine Integration, Business Integration, and Global Process Manager.

Experience with ERP integration mapping using XSLT transformations.

Experience integrating shop-floor systems through OPC DA/UA or RS232 using Apriso Machine Integration.

Experience implementing standard Apriso archiving solutions.
