Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Application Development Analyst for a hybrid workplace opportunity in West Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:

This role is responsible for:

• Designing, coding, configuring, testing, debugging, deploying, and supporting large/complex applications

• Gathering and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications

• Leading system design, development best practices, and quality standards

• Providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Managing project phases including scope, schedule, and risk

• Supporting enhancements, patches, and production maintenance

• Mentoring and guiding junior developers and analysts

• Driving product/service delivery strategy and process improvements

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5+ years of application development experience in enterprise environments

• Strong experience with PL/SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server (MSSQL)

• .NET and C# development experience

• Informatica (including Informatica B2B DX)

• GoAnywhere MFT / Managed File Transfer solutions

• AWS experience

• GitHub/BitBucket source control

• JSON and file-based integrations

• PowerShell scripting

• Unix command line experience

• Experience with batch processing, file transfers, and data integration workflows

• Ability to independently analyze complex business requirements and deliver solutions

• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills

DESIRED SKILLS

• APEX development

• RunDeck, Qlik, PAM

• Knowledge of healthcare claims, payment, and capitation batch processing

• Claims publishing to vendors and EDI file mapping

• Facets or CHAMPS experience

• EDM systems and claim management platforms

• Erwin Data Modeler

• TWiki or Confluence documentation tools
