Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Senior Specialist responsible for protecting the organization's IT systems, assets, and intellectual property from cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches. This role ensures the implementation of effective security policies, procedures, and controls aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess Information Security risks, including threat probability and impact, and implement mitigation strategies
Support and contribute to the organization's Information Security strategy
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls related to security risks
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure alignment of security processes with stakeholders across the organization
Drive the implementation of security controls and best practices across the enterprise
Manage client/stakeholder relationships and promote Information Security awareness

Core Areas of Focus:

Identity & Access Management: Authentication, access control, recertification
Information Security Operations: Threat detection, cyber forensics, data loss prevention
Information Security Technology: Security architecture, engineering, cryptographic services

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Information Security frameworks and controls
Risk assessment and mitigation expertise
Ability to develop practical and scalable security solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
