- 8–11 years in Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps / Operations
- 5+ years AWS support experience
- 5+ years Healthcare domain experience (mandatory)
- Strong AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda)
- Kubernetes (EKS) administration & troubleshooting
- GitLab CI/CD pipeline support
- Terraform (IaC)
- PostgreSQL administration
- Docker & Linux/Unix
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPC, Security Groups)
- Monitoring: Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog/CloudWatch

Key Responsibilities
- L2/L3 AWS & Kubernetes production support
- Troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD and Terraform issues
- Monitor infrastructure, logs, and performance
- Incident management, RCA, and automation
- Support Control-M batch jobs
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams
