Summary

Job Summary: The IFS Cloud ERP Architect is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of IFS Cloud ERP solutions across various industry domains. This role requires deep expertise in IFS technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end ERP implementations while aligning business requirements with scalable and efficient system solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end IFS Cloud ERP implementation projects as a Solution or Functional Architect Design and define functional architecture for ERP/FSM solutions Drive multiple workstreams across ERP implementation programs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements Ensure proper integration across IFS modules and systems Utilize IFS tools such as Scope Tool and ClickLearn for implementation support Provide guidance on IFS Cloud/Aurena technologies and best practices Manage customer expectations and ensure project alignment with business goals Identify project risks, dependencies, and requirements proactively Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Support continuous improvement and optimization of ERP solutions Required Skills: Strong expertise in IFS Cloud, IFS V10, and Aurena technologies In-depth knowledge of IFS Cloud ERP implementation methodology Experience with IFS tools such as Scope Tool and ClickLearn Strong understanding of ERP modules including SCM, Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, and Finance Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams Preferred Skills: Domain expertise in Telco, EPCI, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Services, Shipbuilding, Defense, or MRO Experience handling complex ERP architectures across multiple industries Minimum 15+ years of experience in IFS FSM/ERP implementation projects At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences as Solution/Functional Architect Must be willing to travel or relocate based on project requirements Strong behavioral competencies including leadership, communication, and team management skills Education: Bachelors Degree
