Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to support digital initiatives for a orgnization. This role will focus on designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered web and enterprise applications. Texas-based candidates are highly preferred to support regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design from concept to delivery

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs

Conduct user research and usability testing

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders

Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards

Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of UX/UI design experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

Experience with enterprise or customer-facing applications

Experience working in Agile environments

Strong communication and collaboration skills
