Role : Project Manager ( Ex American Express is Must)
Location : Phoenix , AZ - Hybrid
Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end application development projects with a focus on Java backend and UI/frontend technologies.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Java developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Collaborate with UI teams to ensure seamless user experience and alignment with design standards.
Oversee integration between frontend UI and Java-based backend systems.
