Position Overview
Seeking an Oracle EBS R12 Time and Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Architect / Lead Consultant with 8+ years of experience to drive individual-level development, configuration, and interface engineering within an active OTL development and support environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Architectural & Individual Delivery: Act as an individual contributor to architect, construct, and configure functional and technical solutions for Oracle EBS R12.2.x modules.
* Module Lifecycle Governance: Execute full lifecycle implementations and functional mappings across the HRMS suite, with deep specialization in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.
* Interface & Integration Engineering: Design, implement, and support outbound/inbound data conversion streams and custom interfaces connecting EBS to 3rd-party applications (e.g., Global View, Celergo, SmartRecruiters, Workday).
* Technical Design Documentation: Capture complex business requirements, conduct system gap analyses, and author highly technical Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and custom report mappings.
Required Skillset
* Experience: 8+ years of dedicated IT experience with at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations inside the Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS ecosystem.
* OTL & Payroll Mastery: Comprehensive techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor rule architectures, processing elements, TCELL structures, and Core Payroll engine calculations.
* Data Migration & Extensions: Deep technical familiarity managing database conversion scripts, custom PL/SQL reporting packages, API integration extensions, and third-party benefits interfaces.
* Process Consulting: Proven expertise running prototyping workflows, client validation loops, performance testing, and production support management.
