We are seeking a highly experienced NICE CXone Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture design and governance of cloud contact center solutions on the NICE CXone platform with 12-15 years of experience This role is responsible for defining scalable secure and high-performance architectures across voice and digital channels leading complex integrations and providing technical direction across multiple programs and teams
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end technical architecture for NICE CXone implementations
Design scalable and resilient solutions for IVR and call routing Omnichannel
Create architecture diagrams technical blueprints and design documents
Establish CXone technical standards best practices and reusable patterns
Provide deep technical expertise in CXone Studio scripting ACD configuration IVR
Review and approve complex Studio scripts and routing logic
Design and govern integrations between NICE CXone and enterprise systems Like CRM Order case management 3rd party API
Architect screen pops data dips agent assist and real-time data exchange
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security privacy and regulatory standards
Design high availability failover and disaster recovery strategies
Review telephony and SIP architectures for reliability and performance
Collaborate with cross functional teams developers business analysts project managers
Create technical documentation diagrams and handoff materials
Stay updated on Nice best practices and new features
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development support teams
Required Skills
Expert level knowledge of NICE CXone architecture and core components
Strong experience with IVR call routing and omnichannel design
Handson experience with IVA NLU and conversational AI solutions
Strong understanding of REST APIs system integrations and data flows
Solid knowledge of contact center concepts SIP telephony KPIs call flows
Experience with analytics reporting and CX optimization
Proven experience designing largescale enterprise contact center solutions
Strong documentation presentation and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to guide teams make architectural decisions and manage technical risks
Preferred Skills
NICE CXone Architect or Advanced certifications
Experience with cloud contact center migrations
Experience in global or multiregional contact center deployments
