Role:  Senior Data Architect – Onsite Interview

Location: MUST live in Dallas - hybrid 2-3 days per week and MUST come onsite for the first week

Term: 12+ months – high probability to extend
Interview Process: 1 online assessment, 1 video interview, 1 onsite

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience
• Heavy Oracle- 95% of their environment is on prem Oracle (3+ years)
• SQL
• OLTP and OLAP
• This will be 20% strategy, 80% hands on - NOT looking for a high level enterprise architect that presents to CIOs
• Must understand PL/SQL but wont be expected to write it.
• Erwin for Data Modeling
• MDM (5+ years)
• Informatica
• Soft skills – really good communication, need to be able to analyze information quickly and be able to ask questions about it. They will be in meetings where they will need to answer questions.
• Day to day: working with functional users with their requirements for data. Will walk through their needs for data. Reporting, asking what kinds of reporting, effect on the business, how often do you need the reports? How we structure the data for reporting is different based on these things.
