About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Analytics Data Engineers to support large-scale data initiatives focused on building robust analytics systems, scalable ETL pipelines, and self-service data products. The ideal candidate will partner with Product, GTM, and stakeholder teams to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence and scalable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to understand business data requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, build, and manage robust multi-step ETL pipelines using dbt and modern data engineering frameworks.
• Transform raw application and system logs into canonical datasets for analytics and reporting.
• Establish and maintain high standards for data integrity, reliability, and SLA compliance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights across the organization.
• Build foundational data products and self-service analytics tools to support cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to influence roadmap decisions from a data systems perspective.
• Become a subject matter expert in enterprise data architecture and organizational data models.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related Data Science & Analytics roles.
• Strong experience partnering with Product and GTM teams to define and report on business-critical metrics.
• Expertise in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Airflow, and GitHub.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and modeling.
• Experience with dashboarding and visualization platforms such as Hex or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality, and analytics best practices.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on, end-to-end problem-solving mindset with strong ownership mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling analytics/data engineering functions in startup environments.
• Exposure to modern AI-driven or agentic data engineering workflows.
• Passion for building reliable and scalable AI-enabled analytics ecosystems.
