Program & Project Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
· Build, own, and maintain the endβtoβend project plan, ensuring tasks, milestones, and dependencies are clearly tracked.
· Lead recurring project meetings: prepare agendas, drive discussions, assign action items, and follow through on deliverables.
· Monitor projects and oversee project managers to ensure timelines, scope, and goals are met
· Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
· Experience with effective articulation and prioritization of issues and risks to senior executive levels and recommendations of mitigation strategies for decision makers.
· Experience with establishment and facilitation of program steering committee and stakeholder forums and meetings.
· Experience with providing project, program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior executive levels

Stakeholder Management:
· Partner with crossβfunctional business units, including, Salesforce, Translate complex information into clear communications for stakeholders at all levels.
· Build strong relationships across teams to support collaboration and seamless execution.
· Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals and stakeholders involved in program management.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
· Document and maintain project artifacts (requirements, process flows, status reports, decision logs).
Execution Excellence:
· Track and report progress against the plan; flag risks early and drive mitigation.
· Support testing cycles, readiness activities, and change management tasks as needed.
