  • Create detailed project work plans and schedules, including dependency diagrams and required resource skillsets

  • Load, track, and manage project schedules and deliverables within enterprise PMO reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Project Online)

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to meet business and technical requirements with high stakeholder satisfaction

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues regularly to senior leadership and product stakeholders

  • Facilitate technical support activities including architectural reviews, compliance reviews, and required project artifacts

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues; serve as escalation point for cross-agency issue resolution

  • Act as the primary point of communication between internal teams, vendors, and external agencies; coordinate meetings, track action items, and manage follow-ups in PMO systems

  • Ensure project goals, schedules, and functionality are clearly communicated to development teams and stakeholders

  • Develop acceptance test plans, validate testing approaches with business partners, and drive testing and acceptance activities

  • Ensure all team members have appropriate system access for collaboration, documentation review, testing, and product demonstrations

  • Maintain team rosters, access status, licensing, and onboarding/offboarding records

  • Track project budgets, vendor invoices, and expenditures; report discrepancies and progress to senior management

Required Skills & Abilities

  • 5 8 years of experience in IT project management, managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives

  • Experience working within a project portfolio management (PPM) environment involving multiple vendors and external delivery partners

  • Strong issue and problem management skills, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Project, and/or Planner (Power BI a plus)

  • Experience managing large public-sector IT projects; familiarity with public-sector practices, policies, and budgeting processes preferred

  • Familiarity with organizational change management and end-user training initiatives
