Location: NY(100% Remote)
Duration : Long Term Contract

We are looking 1 Lead and 2 Specialist to manage the Five9 dialer strategy, operations, and reporting. This includes the recruitment of one Lead and two to three Specialists, all based in the United States and In India ( In EST Timing).

Responsibilities:

• Own the overall dialing strategy.
• Set up campaigns and ensure compliance.
• Oversee reporting and analytics.
• Provide team oversight and guidance.
  Configure and optimize the dialer system.
  Troubleshoot technical issues.
  Manage and analyze reporting data.
  Supervise agent performance and provide support.

Timeline

• Onboarding: Must commence next week.
• Confirmation: Required today or tomorrow to ensure timely onboarding and integration into the team.
• This strategic allocation of roles will ensure effective management and optimization of the Five9 dialer system, aligning with the client s operational goals.
