Role Summary
The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing and governing end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned to business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations and
enhancements
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs
Define solution blueprints, data models, and integration patterns
Provide architectural leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience/Data Cloud (as applicable)
Design and govern integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, performance, and scalability standards
Review and guide development teams on design, estimates, and technical approach
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years on Salesforce platform
Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in:
Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud
Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud (preferred)
Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and limits
Experience with configuring and managing different managed packages like sFiles, Conga, Milestone PM+
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-based integrations, and middleware
Ability to review Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs and configuration from an architectural standpoint
Implement POCS for the stakeholders to help them understand the proposed solution and drive the solution meetings with customers
. Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
