Summary

Join a dynamic digital team as a Lead Business Systems Analyst focused on designing and delivering commerce and self-service solutions that improve the customer experience. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, shape system solutions, and support successful implementation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with digital, business, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for commerce and self-service initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements and practical solution designs that align with enterprise standards.
  • Support system configuration efforts and coordinate with development teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Review business processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Create test plans, execute unit testing, and help coordinate broader testing activities to confirm solutions meet expectations.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help define project timelines, coordinate implementation activities, and support prioritization and resource planning.
  • Provide post-implementation support by monitoring adoption, gathering feedback, troubleshooting issues, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience implementing SAP Commerce solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading full lifecycle SAP Commerce project implementations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and related business concepts.
  • Experience producing functional specifications for enhancements and larger project deliverables.
  • Ability to design end-to-end solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and comfort navigating complex challenges.
Preferred Skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and data structures.
  • Exposure to middleware solutions and integration concepts.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud certification.
  • Experience supporting solution delivery in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
