Summary

Job Title: Project Manager – Customer & Experience Transformation (M&A Focus)

Work Authorization: Any Visa Type

We are looking for a Project Manager / Program Manager / Transformation Manager with strong experience in M&A, merger integration, acquisitions, or post-merger integration (PMI), who has worked on customer experience (CX) or transformation initiatives, with a solid background in IT integration, enterprise systems, and hands-on involvement in Day 1 readiness and Day 2 integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for customer experience transformation initiatives
  • Drive M&A integration efforts, including:
    • Day 1 readiness (go-live planning and execution)
    • Day 2 integration (post-acquisition optimization and alignment)
  • Manage cross-functional programs spanning IT, operations, customer experience, and business teams
  • Coordinate integration of:
    • Customer platforms
    • CRM systems
    • Service processes and workflows
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
  • Ensure minimal disruption to customer experience during transitions
  • Engage with stakeholders and leadership for regular updates and alignment
  • Drive process improvements and standardization post-acquisition

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Project Management (5+ years preferred)
  • Proven experience in M&A / acquisition integration projects (mandatory)
  • Hands-on involvement in:
    • Day 1 readiness activities
    • Day 2 integration and transformation initiatives
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and enterprise architecture
  • Experience managing customer experience / CX transformation programs
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Familiarity with:
    • CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
    • Customer journey mapping and CX tools
    • Data migration and system integration concepts
  • Strong understanding of:
    • IT project lifecycle (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
    • Integration of business systems during acquisitions
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise M&A deals
  • Exposure to customer data platforms (CDP) or analytics tools
