SAP PLM Solution Architect

Lead SAP PLM strategy, solution architecture, roadmaps, and design governance across enterprise transformation programs.

Design and optimize product lifecycle processes, including New Product Introduction (NPI), product release, engineering documentation, and product governance.

Architect Non-Standard Requirements (NSR) processes, ensuring end-to-end traceability from customer requirements and quotations through engineering, manufacturing, and service.

Lead Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Make-to-Order, and project-based manufacturing solutions.

Design SAP Variant Configuration and Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC), including characteristics, classes, configuration profiles, object dependencies, and variant tables.

Establish governance for Engineering BOMs, Manufacturing BOMs, configurable BOMs, production BOMs, and service BOMs.

Lead Engineering Change Management (ECM), including change requests, approvals, impact analysis, effectivity, revision control, and downstream synchronization.

Architect integrations between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and enterprise PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, and Aras Innovator.

Define integration architecture using REST APIs, OData, RFC/BAPI, IDocs, middleware, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Assess existing SAP ECC solutions and develop S/4HANA transformation roadmaps aligned with clean-core principles, standardization, and SAP best practices.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Provide technical leadership across full-lifecycle SAP implementations, stakeholder management, solution governance, and global delivery.
