Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education.
7+ years of IT project management experience, including managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering successful outcomes.
5+ years of business process analysis experience.
3+ years of workflow automation experience.
3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably involving implementation, program coordination, or platform initiatives.
Experience leading workflow automation solutions, including requirements gathering and business process design.
Experience managing complex software development, infrastructure, or website development projects.
Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience leading digital workflow automation initiatives.
Experience coordinating enterprise Salesforce programs involving multiple vendors, integrations, and business units.
