Senior Workday Reporting Consultant (HCM & Payroll) - Remote

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Strong hands-on Workday custom reporting experience (Report Writer)
• Demonstrated experience building complex HCM and Payroll reports
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll data models
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
• Prior experience supporting reporting during Workday implementations or go-lives
• Comfortable operating under compressed timelines and phased handoffs

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft reporting experience (helpful, not required)
• Ability to read and interpret PeopleSoft reports and/or SQL
• Experience translating PeopleSoft reporting logic into Workday
• Experience supporting Payroll testing, reconciliation, or parallel payroll
• Ability to work effectively with partially defined requirements when legacy artifacts exist
