Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect (E-Commerce) to lead the architecture and design of a modern, scalable eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building enterprise eCommerce solutions, defining data models, and implementing customer data profiling strategies to drive personalized user experiences and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance eCommerce architectures

• Develop robust data models for product catalogs, customer profiles, orders, and analytics

• Lead customer data profiling and segmentation initiatives to enable personalization

• Integrate eCommerce platforms with CMS, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party tools

• Design and develop secure, scalable APIs for system integrations

• Establish architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines

• Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and product teams

• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in eCommerce environments

• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms

• Experience with data modeling and customer data profiling

• Hands-on experience with API design and system integration

• Familiarity with AWS/Azure and payment gateway integrations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analytics and BI tools

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR compliance standards
