RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager in Redmond, WA.
Overview:
A typical day for the Digital Growth & Acquisition Marketing Manager centers on running the top of funnel engine across paid media, organic discovery, and web conversion. They start by reviewing performance dashboards and paid media pacing to identify where to adjust bids, audiences, creatives, and experiments across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Midday often shifts to technical SEO and AEO/GEO hygiene-updating structured data, publishing Q&A packs for generative engines, and refining the intent map to guide content alignment. They regularly partner with Web Ops on landing page tests, validating builds, optimizing headlines/CTAs, and maintaining clean UTMs and funnel integrity. The afternoon is spent collaborating with Content on briefs and schema needs, working with Marketing Ops on dashboards and attribution, and providing digital amplification for ABM, Events, and Partnerships. The day typically ends with a sweep of pacing, experiment results, and drafting performance recommendations for the weekly memo.
REQUIREMENTS:
* The strongest candidate comes with 5-8+ years of hands-on performance and growth marketing experience owning multi-channel paid media across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube
* They should be highly fluent in technical SEO, including indexation, metadata, structured data, and schema markup, and ideally have experience with AEO/GEO optimization to help the company for Startups surface in AI-driven search and generative engines
* A strong operator mindset is critical-someone who runs constant experiments (bids, audiences, creatives, landing pages), manages CPC/CPA/CPQL targets, and iterates quickly with measurable impact
* They should also be comfortable partnering deeply with Marketing Ops to maintain attribution integrity, dashboards, tag standards, and performance reporting, including weekly memos and monthly deep dives
* Experience in web conversion optimization, A/B testing, and collaborating with Web Ops is important, as is the ability to provide actionable SEO/AEO briefs to Content teams
* Tools familiarity (Adobe Analytics, paid ads platforms) and a bias toward data driven recommendations rounds out the ideal background
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
