Role Overview

• 10+ years of experience
• We are seeking experienced Product Coaches with strong, hands-on product management backgrounds (Product Manager/Product Owner) who bring deep expertise in product strategy, customer-centricity, and outcome-driven delivery.
• Coaches must demonstrate the ability to translate product management principles into practical, real-world solutions for teams, leaders, and multi-squad environments.
• The Product Coach will align product teams to organizational strategy, guiding leaders and practitioners to make better product decisions, prioritize outcomes over outputs, and continuously improve value delivery.
• This role requires advanced coaching capability—applying multiple coaching stances (mentor, advisor, facilitator) to support teams at different maturity levels while co�discovering solutions rather than prescribing them.
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of coaching product leaders and executives to strengthen product thinking, strategy execution, and operating models.
• Product Coaches are embedded partners, working onsite with teams to build, evolve, and refine how value is delivered through technology, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
• They bring a broad and deep toolkit across product management, agile, and lean practices, and can diagnose team maturity and guide targeted, high-impact improvements.
• As a transformation enabler, the Product Coach will accelerate adoption of the product model, helping the enterprise improve speed, alignment, and customer valu delivery.
• The role requires applying practical product leadership experience to solve complex challenges, coaching teams and leaders to internalize modern product practices and sustain behavior change.
• Product Coaches also play a key role in shaping the coaching practice, influencing standards, and mentoring other coaches to build a high-performing, world-class product coaching capability.
