Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce Administration to lead our architecture initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and best practices, ensuring the successful design and implementation of solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce administration, including security, data management, and integration.
- Conduct system audits and performance tuning to optimize Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide training on Salesforce best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Ability to design and implement integrations with other systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms and their integration with Salesforce.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and administration is required.
