Position: Technical Project Manager II
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Duration: 12 months Contract
Job Overview: The primary role of the Technical Project Manager II is to ensure the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across multiple projects and related activities. This position is particularly focused on program management in fields such as semiconductors, hardware, consumer electronics, or cameras.
Responsibilities: - Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget, while managing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
- Engage in program-level strategic planning, interact with executive-level management, resolve complex issues, and foster team building.
- Manage internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements that meet specified requirements.
- Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, time estimation, schedule development and tracking, budget management, status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, and communication across multiple organizational levels.
Qualifications: - Proficiency in project estimating, scheduling, tracking, customer interaction, and implementation planning in large organizations.
- Proven people management and team-building skills.
- Ability to adapt and exercise judgment in a changing environment while managing competing priorities.
- Capability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with business partners at various levels.
- Strong risk assessment skills and the ability to apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.
- Proficiency in using program management software.
Must Have Skills: - Experience working on camera module development.
- Consumer electronics experience.
- Semiconductor experience.
Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is required.
- An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
- PMP or PMI certification is required.

Pay Range: $70- $80/hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
