Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a proven track record managing complex testing projects
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla, Mantis).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a deep understanding of Agile testing practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) for automation purposes.
