What are the core responsibilities for the role?- Work as part of the Site Civil team of engineers and project managers with planning, design, analysis, and documentation of Site Civil Engineering projects.
- Support preparation of drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis under supervision.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company quality standards.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:- A Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
- Strong academic performance and foundational knowledge in engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to meaningful engineering projects.
