Project Manager - Medicaid and Medicare experience

Job Title : Project Manager

Full Time/Part Time: Full-time

Compensation Range: $55 - $60

Must-Have Skills

Strong background concentrated in CMS.

• 6+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through the full project lifecycle
• 3+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile SDLC
• Experience managing project financials (P&L), forecasting, budgeting, and effort tracking
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with varying size and ambiguity

Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements for this office role include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours a day, and regularly operate standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Employees should be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and frequently perform tasks that require typing, writing, and document handling. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities to read materials and participate in meetings.
