6+ years of professinal experience, preferrably in the Medical Device Field
***Experience working in a lab is a must***
- Experience supporting process validation and design transfer, including IQ/OQ/PQ and scale up for manufacturing.
- Skilled at turning user or customer needs into clear engineering requirements and product specifications.
- Advanced proficiency with 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and strong mechanical intuition paired with practical, hands on build/test experience.
- Background with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- A track record of innovation-concept generation, patent activity, or contributions to proprietary technologies.
- Strong hands on engineering background with a focus on mechanical design, prototyping, and iterative refinement of components and processes.
- Proven ability to design and execute testing strategies, including developing test methods, analyzing results with statistical tools, and translating findings into actionable design decision
