Job is based in Calhan, CO
What You'll DoAs an Aerial Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of field personnel in daily aerial operations
- Plan and coordinate work to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Monitor job progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for all operations
- Train and mentor team members, with a strong focus on safety and skill development
- Oversee equipment readiness, including inspections, maintenance, and timely ordering of materials
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and address any deficiencies
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve processes and performance
- Perform other duties as needed to support team and project success
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in aerial operations or a related field, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of aerial safety standards, regulations, and best practices
- Relevant certifications and licenses (FAA certification preferred, if applicable)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, plans, and blueprints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools and workflows
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
