Summary
Python Developer (W2)
Introduction: We are seeking a software developer with strong experience building Python-based applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) for a 12-month project located in Charlotte, NC. This is a local W2 role.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python applications running on Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and manage data processing pipelines and workflows.
- Develop and maintain DAGs (e.g., Airflow or similar orchestration tools).
- Work extensively with Big Query for data modeling, querying, and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform.
- Required experience with Big Query, including complex queries and performance optimization.
- Experience with data processing systems and ETL pipelines.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining DAG-based workflows.
